I have been a full time artist since 2011, prior to this I worked as a full time art teacher in a Bristol Secondary school. In 2013 I moved into a studio in Centrespace where I intend to remain until they carry me out.
This website is about my design, drawing and public artwork.
My Bristol panoramas celebrate the fabulous views and varied architecture of the city (If you would like to buy any of my Bristol images, there are PayPal button on the relevant pages).
Painting various Gromits, Shauns and a Wallace for all the Grand Appeal Trails made me very proud, but it’s the large public art project that I completed for the Bristol Old Vic redevelopment that makes me feel like a proper Bristolian.
In 2015 I completed an MA in Multidisciplinary Print at UWE. Having fallen in love with being back in education, I went on to study for an MA in Design, also at UWE. If you would like to see the screenprints and other work that have developed from these studies, please visit www.emilyk.co.uk
If you would like to get in touch, about buying prints, inquiring about a commission, or anything else about my work, please feel free to send me a message at emily.ketteringham@gmail.com
