Looking across Bristol from the top of Victoria Park

Illustration by Bristol artist Emily Ketteringham showing the view across Bristol from Victoria Park. From Bedminster on the left, across the city, taking in the Clifton Suspension Bridge, the coloured terraces of Clifton, past The Wills Memorial Building, all the way over to St Mary Redcliffe on the right. Three small hot air balloons fly overhead. The illustration is drawn in clean lines with flat, bold colours.

A view packed with Bristol landmarks! Over on the left, hot air balloons are floating over Bedminster and one of the Bonded Warehouses. On the sky line you can see the Suspension Bridge, the Observatory and Cabot Tower. The City centre with the Wills Memorial Building takes us across to the right and the fantastic spire of St Mary Redcliffe.

My prints are a modern take on the city view. They have proved very popular as birthday and wedding gifts, are often bought for colleagues, and for those poor souls who are leaving Bristol. Of course the best gift is the one you buy for yourself, so if you would like one of my prints on your wall, please select the size you would like, then click on the button to be taken to PayPal.

Prints will be delivered in a sturdy cardboard tube. UK postage is free, for elsewhere in the World, please contact me before ordering.

Each of my cityscapes starts with me taking numerous photos of my chosen view. I then head to my studio to get drawing, first in pencil, then pen. After scanning my drawing, I spend a ridiculous amount of time adding the colour digitally, before the resulting high resolution image is finally printed on a large format printer as an archival quality Giclée Print.

This panorama come in two sizes, 100 x 30cm (edition of 100), and 70 x 21cm (edition of 125). Each is numbered, signed, and embossed in the corner with my stamp.
